Nick has a wealth of experience in corporate finance across a range of sectors albeit with a particular focus on high growth digital companies. He has worked on numerous M&A and corporate finance projects working in private equity, debt and corporate transactions both in the UK and overseas.
X.0 Advisory is Nick's own corporate finance boutique where he works with early stage tech companies looking to accelerate growth both nationally and overseas. Located in Manchester and focused around the North of England and Scotland, Nick’s aim is to help digitally enabled and technology companies to achieve their ambitious growth plans.
Nick formerly headed up the Northern office of leading tech investment bank GP Bullhound. Prior to this he was a Director at Clearwater International. He started his career in the City and has an MBA from Manchester Business School. He also sits on the Board of a family business.
